KaleidoScope 2025 – Request Ticket
This form is for participants who wish to change their original workshop selections for KaleidoScope 2025 by signing up for additional workshops held on specific dates and time slots.

31 May 2025 (Saturday) : 9:00am ~ 2:00pm
1 June 2025 (Sunday) : 9:00am ~ 2:00pm
2 June 2025 (Monday) : 9:00am ~ 11:00am
Remark: Updated workshop selection statuses will be available for viewing at 8:00 AM on Sunday (1 May 2025) and Monday (2 May 2025).
Important Detail
This form is for changing your original workshop choices within the same day and time periods.
If all workshop slots are filled, the form will be closed and no longer available.
If a specific workshop is full, students may only select “Skip this question as I want to keep my original choice".
